Quorum Met at Annual HOA Meeting

For the first time since all of the homesites were released by the builder, we had enough homeowners to make a quorum! While needing just over 100 representatives, we had over 130.

All of the amendments that were mailed out passed. Within the next few weeks, we will add the updated amendments to the 'Documents' section of the website.

With the large turnout, many showed interest in our six committees that many were unaware of. Previously, only the budget committee had any members, but based on the sign-up sheets, we should have at least 3 members in each committee now!

There was also an election for a new Board Member which was won by Winston Stewart. You can find more information on Winston, the other board members, and the new committee members in the 'Your HOA' section of the website.
