The ponds all have a buffer around them and you are welcome to fish in any ponds that back up against the road.
However, we do respectifully ask you do not fish directly behind any houses (to where you stand between the pond and their house) in order to respect their privacy. If you have been provided express permission to fish in someone's backyard, please keep your fishing and traffic to between their lot lines.

All roads in our community are public roads meaning the HOA has no jurisdiction over what people decide to do with their golf carts.
If you have any concerns, the proper entity to contact would be the Manatee County Sheriff's Office. They can be reached at: (941) 747-3011 Ext. 2260 (for non-emergency complaints). If the issue is an emergency, dial 911.

Any Facebook pages or pages on any other social media site dedicated to this neighborhood are not affiliated with the HOA and are independently owned and managed. Any questions or concerns should be directed to an Admin of the Facebook page.
